Your second month was even better than the first. I love watching you learn new things and thrive. We had a little scare at your 6 week check up. You still hadn't made it to your birth weight, you were only 8lbs 4oz fully clothed. I was so sad I cried and cried and cried. So we started giving you formula as well as breast milk. In just a week you went from 8lb4oz to 9lb15oz. to say you grew is an understatement, you got so big! And perfect and healthy as can be!
Happy doesn't begin to describe you! You're a beautiful little girl with a smile that could make the world stop. It brightens my day considerably. At the moment you're cosleeping in our bed because you wake up 2-3 times to nurse or take a bottle but soon we're going to move you to your mini crib right next to our bed.
Daddy and I took you to the harbor this month to watch the boats and show you the water. You were such a good girl. Not a peep the entire time. It was a wonderful afternoon.
Also this month was your very first Easter! We spent time with my half of the family on Saturday. We to Ganna's for an Easter lunch and enjoyed each other's company. Everyone loved holding you and snuggling you of course. Then on Easter Sunday we went to Church with Mawmaw and Gigi in Alabama and spent the day with daddy's half of the family. It was Uncle Caden's first time meeting you! Everyone fought over holding you but you slept the entire day aside from waking only to eat. You were so good on the two hour car ride there and back! It was wonderful. If further confirmed you're a perfect child. :)
Your smiles make everything so much easier and a million times better. We love you more than you'll ever ever know. Even Jax is just obsessed with you. He lays at your feet and follows you around everywhere.
