Every single month I say this and I'm not stopping now, CAN YOU BELIEVE MY BABY IS ALREADY FOUR MONTHS OLD?! Holy moly! She's this perfect little baby and SHE'S GROWING TO FAST!

Our sweet little angel is growing like a week. She's sneaking up on 15.5 pounds! Breastfeeding her has bee one of the HARDEST thing I've ever done. Everything was fine, she had a GREAT latch, She's gaining weight perfectly! I'm proud, BUT we've had this stretch of Thrush that I JUST WANT GONE. The pain is ridiculous. I hate it. But I love being able to feed my baby, so I grind through. I think we're close to being on the mend though, thank goodness.

Leighton has started the Four Month Developmental Leap. IT'S AWFUL. She went from putting herself to sleep and being the most content baby I've ever known to being unsoothable. I'm fairly certain this is just a phase because I see glimpses of my content, sleepy baby occasionally. She's just going through a lot in her world and I'm doing the best I can to help her. She's grabbing things and rolling over and she's mastered tummy time. She'll be on the move soon!

She's started playing with toys and eating everything. She's a baby now, not a newborn. Watching her grow is one of my favorite things! She loves her activity bouncer and her glider swing. She also loves sitting up in her high chair and watching what's going on. Curious little lamb.

My sweet baby will be a year old before I know it. And her birthday has already been planned ;)
