Rain, rain & more rain. All week it's been raining & flooding. Unfortunately, that meant no cookout/fireworks for the 4th of July. So we decided to take the kids to see Monsters University thinking a matinee would be empty so Karleigh could be a toddler and enjoy the movie.. Oh no, it's rainy so everyone and their mom decided to see a movie. Can you imagine a 16 month old in a crowded theater? Haha, terrible idea! So instead we went to the mall & shopped around & got a light lunch. Karleigh absolutely adored the carousel! It was her first time riding it. :) she was such an angel for that little outing. I'm so impressed by her. She tolerates being out so well. We had to reward her great behavior, so we got her a mike doll (from monsters inc) she loves it so much she won't put it down! Emmett was great too. He slept in the Ergo the whole time, waking only to eat. What a blessed mommy I am.
