Leighton Grace is 5 months old!! She's a whopping 15 pounds! And getting long! She babbles but still no mama or dada. Leighton is starting to sit up on her own and loves playing with her toys. She chews them to her hearts content!
She's still exclusively breastfed. 💪🏻 but this thrush is killing us. We're trying Genetian violet since the creams we've been prescribed do not work and all the OTC creams haven't worked either. I'm hoping this is the month we kick it because Leigh Leigh is starting to move more while nursing, and that's literally a pain.
Leighton loves her sister and brother. When she gets fussy or bored if one of us sing "you are my sunshine" she instantly stops what's she's doing and is calm. It's beautiful. She's such an easy going baby.
She wakes twice at night and fusses when she's overly tired. I've recently started swaddling her arms again and ITS LIKE MAGIC! She's instantly content and sleepy! Leighton loves the ergo! It's her favorite place to nap!
She's growing like a weed! She's starting to show interest in crawling and becoming more independent at sitting. I love watching her grow and change!
