4 Months old. wow. 1/3 of Emmett's first year has already happened. I'm having trouble with how fast these past few months have flown by! This big guy is rolling pretty good and developing a bigger personality! He's the definition of spoiled rotten. He's still a tiny man weighing in at 12lb 12oz and a he's grown an inch! 25.5inches long!

 

He gets more handsome everyday. I also get told that he's beautiful. He is. He's got the most amazing blue eyes! He's playing more with his toys and eating EVERYTHING. For the past few months he's been drooling like a faucet! He still nurses all day long & enjoys watching everyone else.

 

Him and sissy are quite the site. They laugh and play and he pulls her hair. She hasn't purposely hit him in quite some time. Lucky for me, I think that phase has passed. They love each other & I love watching them. I pray that they'll be best friends one day. <3

 

Emmett is such a happy baby. He's constantly smiling or laughing.. We have this thing where we say "BOO" and he laughs so hard.. He even does it when Karleigh says it. She likes to bring him toys and give him kisses and tell him to "shhhh."

 

EVERYTHING goes to Em's mouth. EVERYTHING. Even my hair. This little drooler has no teeth yet but everyone that holds him insist he's getting one.. he's not. He just likes things in his mouth.

 

He's most definitely a boobie baby. This month we had a little set back with him going through a leap.. He was so fussy for like 2 weeks. All he wanted was to nurse and refused sleep! This was so crazy to me because he's been sleeping through the night for quite some time. We both had a hard time.

 

For the last four months Emmett has screamed in his car seat every single time with leave the house. This month was no different. Maybe one day he'll like the car seat but that day hasn't come yet.

 

Kason and Emmett are catching up in size! My guy is such a little peanut.

 

First little T shirt & shorts this month!!

 

Emmett went to the beach for the first time this month! Sadly, it was for a friend of ours, Will Holcombe's, memorial service. He slept and watched the water and just relaxed. Not a peep out of him!

 

We attend church every Wednesday night & Sunday morning. Emmett has started going to the nursery while I teach my toddlers! Everyone at church adores him! He's such a sweetheart! The women all take turns passing him around and he just goes with the flow.

 

Emmett is finally okay with tummy time after months of hating it. He at least puts up with it and holds his body up so well! It's such a joy watching him progress and grow!
