This month's big milestones:

* Starting to take a few steps

* climbing on everything 

* Emmett's first Easter

* Chases Karleigh

Lately Emmett has been standing for a few seconds and taking a couple steps! This is so exciting because I used to be crazy and worry about him because he didn't want to be on his belly at all and wasn't big on learning to crawl until 9 months. -but once he started crawling, he hasn't stopped moving.- he's a busy boy with places to go and things to do. Nothing stops him, nothing. He climbs over, under, around, inside EVERYTHING. It's hilarious & awesome.

So, we have a chalkboard easel that my sweet Karleigh loved to use. Emmett tries to eat the chalk all the time. I continue to tell him no and remove the chalk from his mouth and finally he's stopped eating it.. Now he stands infront of it & draws! It's gotta be one of the cutest thing I've ever seen!

Sweet Emmett made his first trip to pick Strawberries at our favorite strawberry farm, Akers of Strawberries! He loves fruit of any kind! So ate a few fresh picked berries and shared some famous strawberry shortcake with me. It was a blast!

We also celebrated his uncle Eli's 5th birthday. -another awesome excuse to spend time with our awesome family.- Kason stayed with us for 2 nights & the boys played do well together! It was such a fun weekend!

We've also started planning my big guys FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY. Before I know it I'll be posting his party & one year post. <3 this year is flying by.
